Is Black Friday Worth The Wait?
Black Friday deals are not what they used to be. From people rushing around and waking up at 4am, scrummaging through aisles to find black Friday TV deals and waiting around in a long 6-hour line for that 50% off iPhone.
Black Friday sales in 2024 are more about finding what you can.
So, what can we expect from this year’s discounts? And where can we find them?
What Happened To Black Friday?
Black Friday is a great way for businesses to push sales. For the whole month of November we see advertisement over advertisement, and shop windows covered in red ribbon and “Up to 50% off signs”
However, some retailers are now stretching black Friday to a whole week .This is a great way for those brands to grab customers and sell discounted stock before everyone else.
With Amazons black Friday deals now starting from the 27th November to the 2nd of December. We can Christmas shop the right way and even treat ourselves to our own Christmas gifts.

Best Black Friday Shopping Tips
1.Create A List!
Now although we won’t have the old black Friday rampage, it is still best to keep organised and know what you’re looking for. So, we recommend making a list.
Add exactly what you want and its retail price. Look at where to go what price you are looking for and if that shop has any other items you need to slow down your overall queuing times.
2. Check Black Friday Starting Dates
Like stated before, Black Friday is no longer a one day roller-coaster. So, make sure you haven’t missed any deals and there is still stock left!
3. Black Friday Early Access
Like tip N. 2, some retailers will allow early access to those who are members to their shop. All you need to do is sign up and allow marketing emails to gain a code to grab those black Friday sales before anyone else.
Many times, on black Friday you scroll and scroll to see everything that you like is now out of stock, so instead of missing out, sign up and enjoy a “panic-less” shopping.
4. Avoid Impulse Purchases
Yes, I know we all love a deal, and just like girl math, if we saved 50% off on one item it means we can spend to rest and its “basically free”
But no! Stick to your list and set a budget. A good discount isn’t a reason to buy.
